All the points of the XZ-Plane will be to a y_r height. The y_r value is chosen by the user before the calculation. We will be able to make many calculations considering different plane heights. The different plane heights will be determined by the user (y_r values). In this way, the physical form of the pollutant plume can be studied. Example: Calculation in the XZ-plane. The red square represents a point source (position of the outfall pipe). The blue line represents the surface of the water and the green line represents the bottom of the sea. The red colour represents high pollutant concentrations.
