Sewage Water Treatment Plants

WATER TREATMENT PLANT
We design, manufacture and install water treatment plants for varied industries on turnkey basis.RRR offers a wide variety of options for purification of water from different sources either from surface water sources or ground water sources. If the water involves simple suspension removal, we can provide conventional treatment and if quality of water needs to be improved the treatment can be upgraded to ultra filtration and RO. These systems can also be used to remove minerals like iron, manganese, and taste, odor, gases etc. They can also be used for removal of colloidal silica for industrial applications. Our water treatment plants are adequately designed with suitable equipment for robust working in industries.
Zero Discharge for ETP & STP
Due to Industrialization and Globalization, the industrial growth has paced up but it has resulted in discharge of enormous quantity of effluent causing permanent damage to the environment. However to overcome this, Zero Discharge guidelines need to be followed by various industries like Pharma, Chemical, Textile, Distilleries etc.
We build Zero Discharge ETP for various industries using modern technologies like Reverse Osmosis, Multi-effect Evaporation, Incerination etc. The basic principle for Zero Discharge plant is to concentrate the impurities in the effluent either by Reverse Osmosis / Nano Filtration / Evaporation and drying the concentrated effluent in Flaker dryer / Spray Dryer / Incerinator etc.
The selection of technology is based on type of effluent, available excess steam at site, cost of treatment and capital cost required for the project. The plants are designed individually after pilot trials at our Research and Development center.
RRR offers De-Mineralization Plants are available in Two Types, Mainly Two Bed DM Plants and Mixed Bed DM Plants. However, DM Plants are also available with Weak Base & Strong Base Cation & Anion Exchanger. DM Plants are also available with De-gassification System to remove alkalinity physically without using chemicals (Saves NaOH) Ecocharm Offers Standard DM Plants with FRP / Mild Steel Rubber Lining & SS 316 L (Quartz Lined) construction. Ecocharm series DM Plants (Two Bed & Mixed Bed units) are available in various sizes having cation and anion exchanger unit with 200 mm to 2000 mm diameter with either Valves or Multi Port Valve depending upon the sizes and customer requirement. In Two Bed DM Plant, Strong Acid Cation Exchanger and Strong Base Anion Exchanger resin are used for reducing Total Dissolved Solids up to 2 – 5 ppm. To check the treated water quality at the outlet, conductivity meter is provided. Degasification unit is also provided to decrease the load on Anion Unit. Mixed Bed Units are used in series with Two Bed DM Plant as a polisher unit which can produce treated water having conductivity < 1 mS/cm. Cation Polisher Unit is also available to achieve Acidic Water Quality for Specific applications. DM Plant produce Treated water having Conductivity less than 10 mS/cm (for Two Bed) and less than 1 mS/cm with pH as desired.
The RRR Water Softening Plants are designed to produce treated water to suit for various applications. Treated water is of consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle.
The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. After producing desired output, the resin is regenerated with [NaCl] Sodium Chloride solution after which unit is again ready to deliver next batch. AGUA Series units are available with different models. The difference between these models is in the capacity of the resin used for each model. These units are easy to operate and maintenance free. These models are available to produce various capacity up to 200 Cu. Meters per hour maximum.
