AADCO Pure Air Generators, alternatively referred to as Zero Air Generators, are the preferred instruments in applications where there is a requirement for a reliable, absolute source of zero air. With over 35 years in the manufacturing of PSA Nitrogen Generators or Pressure Swing Absorption Nitrogen generators and 37 years in the manufacturing of PSA Oxygen Generators or Pressure Swing Absorption Oxygen Generators, the choice is clear. Aadco has clearly established the benchmark for systems that produce laboratory oxygen and nitrogen gases.

Thousands of our units are still in service today throughout the globe, providing zero air for calibration purposes or relieving users from the tedious problems associated with stored air cylinders. our customers include federal and state air monitoring boards, foreign air monitoring groups, many federal analytical and industrial labs. These zero air generators are rugged and compact making them ideal for in-plant process applications as well. In addition to serving as a source for zero air, our instruments are a perfect match for providing clean, dry air for valving and solenoids which extends the equipment life and minimizes maintenance.

Our nitrogen generators, also referred to as n2 generators, produce extremely pure nitrogen from pressurized air. Our unique system relies upon an increasing air pressure source during the separation cycle. There are virtually no static or falling pressures during this cycle. Thus, absorbing medium retains selective oxygen, water and trace gases while providing an uninterrupted passage of nitrogen and argon. The AADCO nitrogen generator output boasts an actual 99% inert nitrogen and 1% inert argon. The results are a consistent output purity that is equivalent to Research Grade Nitrogen having a minimum purity of 99.999 mole%.
