AMCEC provides design, engineering, equipment and installation of vapor phase adsorption systems, using activated carbon or zeolite adsorbents for solvent recovery and VOC emission control. AMCEC`s proprietary processes are approved by the EPA and allow the industry to comply with air pollution control regulations. In many cases AMCEC`s technology also provides a return on investment by recovering valuable solvents for reuse by clients in their manufacturing facilities.

NMP RecoveryNMP is used in the manufacture of lithium ion batteries as a solvent for coatings used for the anode and cathode substrates. The hot solvent laden air from the ovens is drawn into the AMCEC Solvent Recovery System where the NMP is recovered by a combination of condensation and adsorption.
