About us

We engineer, we manufacture, we deliver... worldwide

Bollegraaf's delivery programme consists of complete sorting systems for the waste paper industry and plastics recycling, for collectors of industrial waste and household waste, for municipalities and for companies that produce voluminous waste. Our single products and components such as balers, conveyors, shredders, StarScreens© and sorting robots, are developed in house. Bollegraaf always starts the design process of a MRF by visiting the customer and identifying input materials and the desired products to be marketed and sorted. Working together with the customer as a team, we propose a design that fully meets our customer's needs, based on our 50+ years of knowledge and experience in the recycling industry.

Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions is based in The Netherlands and consists of two sistercompanies: Bollegraaf Recycling Machinery bv and Lubo Systems bv. Bollegraaf has subsidiaries in Germany, France, England and Spain for sales and service in these countries. Furthermore, we are participating in a large dealer organization that covers the whole of USA and Canada and we have Bollegraaf sales representatives, service engineers and sales agents based all over the world.

50+ years and still green

Recycling is all about the value of re-use. It's what drives our customer's business and the industry. We believe that there is no waste. There are only valuables. This is our inspiration in contributing to our customer's businesses, the recycling industry and the world as a whole. To us this is the very essence of sustainability. You will find it in every aspect of the Bollegraaf brand and our operation; our machines have the lowest power consumption of the industry, the longest life span and the highest residual value. Besides that, they are painted green with water based paint...

Vision & Values

We are a customer-oriented organisation. Constant innovation is important – and we are good at innovation! – but only insofar as it is relevant to the performance at the customer’s site. This attitude is reflected in our vision and mission statement and in our core values.

Our vision: “To be universally recognised as the leading provider of the best recycling solutions by customers in our industry.”

Mission statement: Sorting your business
Our core competence is sorting waste. We know our customers’ markets, we understand their businesses. This is our inspiration in making a contribution to our clients, the world of recycling and the world as a whole. Now and in the future. Therefore, as the leading authority in recycling

solutions, we will add value to your business.
We develop and manufacture our machines ourselves. Most solutions are proprietary solutions. This allows us to live up to our vision and provide the best possible solutions to our customers’ requirements – in terms of equipment, technical support and service, i.e. in terms of value.

Paper, small cardboard and small material will be screened off. This particular screen is placed at the beginning of a sorting installation to separate large cardboard, making manual separation of large cardboard redundant.
