BREEZE Software Overview

BREEZE software is produced by Trinity Consultants, an environmental consulting firm that assists facilities with environmental regulatory compliance and strategic environmental management. BREEZE was launched in 1983 and has a long history of product development and excellent customer support.

BREEZE is the market-leading air dispersion modeling software used by environmental professionals. For two decades, Trinity Consultants has provided air dispersion modeling software for environmental professionals. In 1983, Trinity introduced its first PC-based version of the EPA’s mainframe dispersion models, followed in 1987 by the creation of the BREEZE® family of products. In 1994, the first Windows® versions were introduced, greatly reducing model set-up time for users. Over the years, the BREEZE team continued to enhance functions and features of its products and add new dispersion models to the BREEZE family. Today, over 3,500 professionals in 70 countries worldwide use BREEZE software to assess the impacts of air emissions, fires, and explosions.

BREEZE software is easy to learn and use because it adheres to Microsoft® standards for intuitive, uniform graphical user interfaces, and features standardized toolbars, views, menus, commands, and dialog boxes. Our status as a Microsoft® Gold Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ensures that the software products we develop are compatible with new Microsoft operating systems and applications.

Many of the products include an integrated Geographic Information System (GIS), an intuitive data analysis and visualization interface tool, that enables modeled objects and results to interact and be displayed with a variety of geophysical data. The integrated GIS provides users with the most advanced geographic visualization tools available. AutoCAD® .dxf files and images in standard file formats (e.g., .bmp, .gif, .tif) can be imported into BREEZE software and used as base maps for easy visualization of affected areas.

Our products are supported by environmental and development professionals who are committed to providing excellent customer service including:

  • Excellent technical support
  • Continuing product innovation
  • Consistency with regulatory requirements
  • Custom development capabilities

FEATURED SERVICES

BREEZE Software - Custom Software Development

The BREEZE software team is experienced in developing a wide range of applications, including air dispersion, accidental release, and explosive safety assessment models. For over 25 years, this has been our main focus.

BREEZE Software - High-Speed Modeling

BREEZE software developers were the first to develop parallel software for U.S. EPA regulatory dispersion models. We saw an opportunity to reduce model runtimes while utilizing the advancements in multi-core computing technology. As a result, BREEZE created a cost-effective solution that delivers results in a fraction of the time compared to the traditional U.S. EPA versions.
