Established in 1993, CBio provides innovative natural solutions to the growing problems of pollution, in particular to those arising from the discharge of effluents and wastes into the environment.
The company breeds and acclimatises a variety of naturally occurring micro-organisms from which products are then formulated for use in the degradation of specific wastes.
They are leaders in the field of biomass engineering and currently are providing solutions to pollution control problems in the UK, Europe, United States, South America, Middle and Far East and the Pacific Region.
CBio's products include, but aren't limited to, the following range of patented bio-solutions:
GreaseBeta - Biological drain unblocker. The natural way to clear blocked drains and minimise future clogged drains and blockages.
Biogest - Broad range bacterial organic degrader, principally for use in septic tank treatment and mix waste effluent streams.
Clearinate - Biological limescale and uric degrader for urinals.
Fridgefree - The natural solution to fridge breakdowns gel blockages; improving customer experience and revenue protection.
Baccelerator - Biologically accelerated pump station rehabilitation; reducing blockages, odours and the requirement to pump it out.
Bactaerator - Biologically accelerated pump station rehabilitation; reducing blockages, odours and the requirement to pump it out.
CBio is wholly independent of any proprietary technology and can therefore evaluate in an unbiased fashion the most cost effective treatment technology for any particular application.
Cleveland Biotech ferment bacteria for use in a range of biological products which naturally degrade a range of organic pollutants including grease, fat, compost, oil, diesel, uric acid, limescale.
CBio was recently awarded a patent covering all of their biological fluids. This patent was the first of its kind in the UK.
They have also developed a range of application systems to ensure that these biological products are delivered to the polluted area in optimum condition, such as the Bactaerator, the Baccelerator, FridgeFree and Clearinate. All these systems are supported by the team of in-house service engineers.
Cellulose Degradation & Composting
Composting of Green Wastes: Reduction in the time to complete the composting process. Reduction in the weight, volume and odour of the compost material.
GreaseBeta BIO - Market Leading Biological Grease Management System
GreaseBeta BIO is CBIO’s market leading biological dosing system. The bio-fluid is fermented in-house by CBIO to exacting specifications and standards. The GreaseBeta BIO units are installed and maintained by CBIO’s team of in-house service engineers. The bacteria colonise the FOG affected drains and produce enzymes, which irreversibly break down the fat in them. Daily doses of bio-fluid ensure that a thriving colony is maintained.
Biomass engineering is generally considered to be the addition of micro-organisms to a system in order to improve the biological function of that system. The addition is often made to improve a biological waste water treatment plant, but may also be made to other biodegradation processes such as soil remediation or composting.
GreaseBeta TFM - TOTAL FOG MANAGEMENT from CBIO
CBIO have recently launched the GreaseBeta TFM concept. This is Total FOG Management. FOG very specifically refers to Food, Oil and Grease, as food as large a culprit as the cause of drain and sewer problems as fat, especially when combined together. GreaseBeta TFM offers a range of products: GreaseBeta BIO - is the core biological grease management product. GreaseBeta GRU - is a unique fat removal unit which extracts the fat from the ...
