Ecologix’s newest patent pending innovation revolutionizes the conventional Dissolved Air Flotation system. Unlike a DAF system, the Air Charged Entrainment (ACE) technology entrains air into the core of the sludge, not merely colliding it with the sludge exterior, resulting in significantly increased separation efficiency, cleaner water and dryer sludge, while decreasing required contact time – in a sense, it’s like a DAF on steroids.
