Hartmut Bendfeldt
Before launching eFACTOR3 on August 8th, 2008 Hartmut held various positions in the shredding, grinding and briquetting industry, and he helped launch the North American headquarters of WEIMA America in Charlotte, NC.

As the founder and president, Hartmut has more than 20 years of experience in designing and servicing size reduction technology solutions for a wide range of industries, including woodworking, paper, document destruction, plastics, waste-to-energy (WtE), and recycled medical waste.

Originally from Germany, Hartmut and his family moved to the United States in 2000, and he holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Advanced Technology in Rosenheim, Germany.

Lisa Weavil
Lisa Weavil joined both eFactor3 and Tria America LLC in March of 2011 as our Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager she will handle the marketing, advertising, sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general day-to-day operations of both of our companies. She will also be working closely with our sales and service department to ensure that it runs smoothly.

Lisa’s background is quite diverse. Her background includes Catering, Special Event Planner, Project Management, Advertising and Marketing in the furniture and design industry and most recently owned her own Project Management and Interior Design firm called Great Expectations. She relocated to Charlotte in August of 2010 and has been an integral part of both companies since March of 2011.

Lance Hardman
Lance Hardman joined both eFactor3 and Tria America LLC in April of 2011 as our Service & Project Manager. He will support customers across the sales and service continuum. His vast experience and knowledge in the industry will allow him to ensure that our installation, spare parts, service and technical support teams respond to client needs quickly and effectively.

Lance has worked in the machine, tool and service industry for over 15 years. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, South America, Canada and Europe working on a variety of CNC machine tooling equipment. He also has a background in Construction. He has owned his own machine service company for the past 3 years prior to joining our team in April of 2011. We are very glad to have him on board.
