In most cases, TEI can cost effectively recover up to $150 (or 75%) of that wasted energy and recycle it back into your processes or heating systems with the FLU-ACE® Heat Recovery System.

For every $1,000 in fuel purchases for your boilers, typically $100 to $200 of steam is lost in the steam distribution network. TEI can permanently effectively eliminate this loss, resulting in a 10% to 20% fuel saving.
