Additionally Implico offers the in-house developed solution OpenSystemPersonal (OSP) for personnel management in the health care sector and the shipping industry.
 
The company was founded in 1983. The Implico Group is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany and has further subsidiaries in the Malaysia, Romania, Switzerland, UK and the USA. The dynamically growing Implico Group has currently about 240 employees.
