International Asbestos Testing Laboratories (iATL) proudly celebrates twenty five years of quality laboratory service. iATL is an independent environmental testing laboratory that prides itself on quality and experience. iATL serves the environmental, health & safety, industrial hygiene, and consumer product testing markets. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing quality analysis for every sample, ultimately contributing to a successful 25 years. Since 1986, iATL has offered a full range of asbestos and lead testing services for the environmental industry, and shortly thereafter added mold and other industrial hygiene and environmental laboratory services. We are always growing to meet the needs of our clients. Since 2008 we have added two divisions - now accredited and offering testing services for nanoparticles and consumer products.

At iATL, quality has been our foundation for success. Our technicians treat each sample with the diligence and individual attention that testing demands. Our customer service and administrative staff are always available to answer your phone calls and address questions. If you need further clarification on technical issues, our laboratory director is readily available to address those concerns. Clients depend heavily on laboratory results as soon as possible, so we offer twenty-four hour laboratory services. Our quality assurance program goes above the minimum requirements assuring that every sample analyzed is validated and approved.

The quality of analysis is dependent upon the aptitude of personnel. iATL's laboratory staff consists of highly trained and certified professionals who have been in the industry for many years. Our staff regularly attends technical seminars, professional conferences, and education courses to ensure they have the latest training to provide quality analysis to clients.

iATL continuously exceeds client expectations by going above and beyond for our clients. Two specialized divisions were created based on client requests for additional services. NanoTEM and CPLabs are both fully accredited divisions of iATL that specialize in independent analysis.

Project Experience

The effectiveness of our company runs parallel to the project experience gained over the years. Mature analytical response to significant environmental problems has been the standard at iATL. We have undertaken projects that range from homeowner concerns about drinking water to full analytical projects for engineering firms involving comprehensive surveys. We possess the credibility, capability, and capacity to undertake several hundred thousand samples per year.

Credibility

Our credibility incorporates not only our accreditations and individual experience, but also the reputation that iATL has built over the last twenty five years with thousands of clients. Our project experience ranges from small consulting groups to major engineering corporations, from sensitive public work with schools to major projects working closely with government regulatory authorities. This reputation also extends to a vast amount of QA/QC work beyond the minimum requirements.

We can submit results of proficiency samples, on-site evaluations from regulatory agencies, and other documentation of the confidence exhibited by others in our analytical results.

Capability

iATL's capabilities are a reflection of our experienced staff, state-of-the-art facilities and instrumentation. Moreover, our capabilities include our ability to serve the customer - service that extends to detailed reports delivered in a timely manner, communications with laboratory and administrative personnel, and individual attention to your project from the top of our company through to each technician. iATL dedicates a Customer Service Representative to act as a Point of Contact for each of our clients. We also have the ability to dedicate various technicians and analysts to specific projects.

Capacity

Our sample capacity may be unmatched for a single site facility. Our facilities accommodate state-of-the-art workstations/microscopes for almost twenty PLM analysts and dozens of other lab analysts and technicians. Since iATL specializes in three analytes; asbestos, lead, and mold, we are equipped to analyze thousands of samples on a weekly basis.
