The company has grown from operating in a handful of workplaces to more than 500. The company was started and has been managed by Maharshi Mehta who is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a Master's degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Cincinnati. He has more than 25 years of experience in working with multinational chemical corporations, pharmaceutical companies, regulatory agencies and construction industries. He has conducted industrial hygiene and safety audits at over 200 work places in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Israel, China, India, and UAE. He has been conducting short-term courses on applied occupational health and safety in the USA, Europe, Saudi Arabia and India.

Toral Mehta is a CIH and has been managing all projects globally out of the USA office as Global Projects Manager. Competent and committed health and safety professionals are assisting Maharshi and Toral in providing EHS services.
