Megnetic Belt Drive



Application: Used to separate magnetic metals. Process: Equipped with permanent magnets this product replaces the end roller on a conveyor belt. While non-magnetic materials is unloaded from the belt, magnetic material is held on surface for a further 120º. Benefits: A simple, inexpensive way of using magnets to separate material flows containing small impurities. Can also be used as a 'clean-up' magnet after a magnetic separator.

Applications: Used to separate non-magnetic metals such as aluminium, copper, zink and brass. Process: Induction is created in a rotating magnetic field to induce eddy currents in the metals.
