Stainless Processing's history traces back to a small machine shop in Pennsylvania servicing the steel industry. SPI has since grown into one of the nations largest suppliers of stainless steel cut plate products and the nations largest supplier of A240 stainless steel plate flanges. We are a family owned company, specializing in machining, standard and high definition CNC plasma cutting, drilling, milling, saw cutting and waterjet custom shapes. Our inventory of stainless steel ranges from 11 gauge sheet through 6' thick plate in grades 304 and 316. We continually incorporate and adapt the latest advances in processing technology to remain competitive in the always-changing steel market.'

Saw Cut
Close tolerance Saw cutting is offered for items which are either used 'as is' with no further perimeter machining required or are too small for Plasma cutting. We offer two types of saw cut products. Friction saw cut for lighter gauge items and Contour saw cut for heavier plate. Standard saw cut tolerances up to ? 1/32'.
