H2O GmbH

H2O GmbH process water engineering is a specialized company in the area of industrial waste water treatment and recycling. H2O GmbH supplies the necessary machines and systems as well as the complete know-how. The H2O has concentrated its activities mostly in the European area, but it also has customers in North America, Australia, Asia and East Europe. Nowadays more than 750 units have been delivered worldwide.

The core product offered by H2O GmbH is the vacuum distillation unit VACUDEST, which celebrates its 20th anniversary as a registered trademark in 2006. The exceptional benefit of the VACUDEST evaporation system is its universal application for a wide range of process waters. Due to the high quality of the distillate and the advantage that no salts or heavy met-als are involved, contrary to other techniques, the distillate may be reused in closed circula-tion. The VACUDEST range comprises capacities in the range from 20 to 1.200 liters per hour.

The process begins with the analysis of the customer’s waste water sample in the own lab. This is followed by the selection of the appropriate procedure, planning and construction of the unit as well as installation and start-up. H2O also offers service contract in order to opti-mize the use of the installation. H2O attaches great importance to service and taking care of the customer’s needs after installation. Every unit is started up by H2O service technicians and then handed over to the customer. According to the customer’s request, all operators of the unit can be intensively trained in the proper use and maintenance of the unit either on site or in the H2O facilities.

H2O owes its dynamic growth to the commitment of its more than 50 employees and its high quality products. The number of apprenticeship training positions at H2O is above average, and H2O also offers a continued adult education and trains its own technical personnel and business executives either externally or in-house at the H2O-Academy.
