Team up with KLa Systems on your next project and take advantage of what sets us apart: Technology, Experience, Knowledge and Service.
KLa Systems technology is applicable across a wide range of wastewater and biosolids treatment applications including: Air Activated Sludge, SBR, MBR, MBBR, Oxidation Ditch, Aerated Stabalization Basins, Equalization Tanks, Aerobic Digesters and ATAD.
The key benefits of using a KLa jet aeration system include:
These benefits, along with the physical features of the system improve the aeration system life cycle by:
Experience:
The industry leader in applying jet aeration and mixing technology on over 1,300 projects over the past 30 years.
Technology:
Recently introduced new technology to the market as well as advancements in system design, materials of construction, fabrication and performance.
Knowledge:
Industry leader in applying process, civil and mechanical engineering disciplines to our systems.
Service:
From the initial inquiry to successful operation the KLa team is committed to prompt and comprehensive service, exceeding customer expectations.
KLa Systems takes great pride in our committment to research and product devlopment. For over 10 years, our engineering team has carried out process, materials and manufacturing research that hs resulted in significant developments in our application technology and systems design. It has led to the introduction of an advanced jet aerator, development of a highly chemical and abrasion resistant PVDF jet nozzle, a polypropylent jet nozzle, and new jet aeration system designs for specific customers' proprietary requirements.
Our process research includes hydraulic testing, clean water shop testing, testing the effects of anitfoamer and other chemicals on oxygen transfer, vacuum testing, CFD modeling and mixing studies.
