In 1979, we started developing distillers for recovering mercury, mainly from used lamps. Today, MRT System International are recognised in the recycling business as being a world leader in manufacturing mercury recovery systems, lamp recycling equipment as well as CRT separation systems.

The MRT Compact Crush and Separation Plant is a self contained processing equipment for recycling of most types of discarded fluorescent lamps. It is a space saving lamp recycling concept which creates operation conditions that meet the toughest environmental standards. The plant which is incorporated in a 20' container is easy to install, relocate or to use as a mobile unit.

Small Capacity - CFL Pre-Crusher



The CFL Pre Crusher is a small crush and sieve unit which removes the e-base/socket from CFL lamps before further treatment in a Compact Crush & Separation Plant (CCS). The CFL pre treatment is not a stand alone unit but must be docked to a CCS as a separate feeding point. CFL lamps are fed using a manual bin turning device. The unit can also handle pre-crushed material.
