Oxymat is a Danish based company specialized in designing and manufacturing on-site nitrogen and oxygen generators using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology.
We have been manufacturing oxygen generators since 1978 and nitrogen generators since 2001 and we posses first hand knowledge of the market, developments, demands and possibilities that PSA technology holds.
We are headquartered just north of Copenhagen, Denmark and have 70 employees working in our two manufacturing locations in Denmark and Slovakia. Our customers are global and we have a solid distribution network, with more than 100 distributors, agents and partners based around the world.
Our standard generator systems are available in nearly 70 standard models, and we cover oxygen flowrates from 0,6 to 322 m?/hr, and nitrogen flowrates from 0,3 to 2.100 m?/hr.
Advanced Control System
All models operate with our own developed Control Systems, spanning from the simplest Control System to the most Advanced System with Touch Control Screen, which makes day-to-day operation very simple for the user.
More than 2000 Oxymat generator systems are currently in operation around the world and we plan to continue our expansion into new industries.
The essence of PSA
The PSA process is an extremely clean operation. The outlet product from a generator is a physical, not a chemical process and the only ‘raw material’ is air.
On-site generators allows for an uninterrupted supply of gas with a high purity output. This means that you can produce gas where and when you need it, and in the exact quantities and quality that you need.
In other words, you become selfsufficient and no longer have to rely on external suppliers for your gas needs.
Our PSA generators are continuously upgraded based on the field feedback we get and the results proven in our R & D department. Our products are made of high standards and they are CE-approved in accordance with EU regulations.
Tangible benefits – PSA vs. membrane technology
Choosing Oxymat for you generator solution means that you can expect a ready to use turn-key solution. But you can expect much more than that.
With more than 30 years of research and development experience and knowledge of oxygen and nitrogen applications used by a wide range of industries, we can meet any specific requirement you may have and still guarantee generators of outstanding quality.
Dynamic process – flexible solutions
Choosing a generator system is a long and dynamic process. A number of demands, wishes, considerations and decisions are made before a generator system is finally put into place.
Every step, from understanding specific customer needs, to producing a generator system, implementing it and evaluating the effectiveness of the system, is therefore of equal importance for the success of the generator system, long before it is produced.
We strive to give customers one contact person, who manages a project from start to finish, so that there is always a place to go with inquiries and questions along the way.
Staying on target
At Oxymat, we believe that the best way to stay on target is to handle producing a generator system as a project from start to finish. We do so by guiding the customer through the natural steps that follow from determining needs, proposing the right system, producing the generator system, to implementation, evaluation and follow-up.
PSA generators in six manageable steps
The flow chart below illustrates the most typical steps involved in a generator system and what to expect from us, step by step. In our experience, this is the best way to set the stage for expectations, avoid errors and secure a smooth and professional process that, in the end saves both time and money and produces the best possible solution.

Oxymat - Oxygen Generator SystemOxymat A/S uses two columns with molecular sieves to ensure continuous production. Dry compressed air is blown through a valve to the vessel where the pressure is built to reach 5 to 7 bar(g). Nitrogen is tied to a molecular sieve during the building of pressure, and the oxygen is allowed to pass through to the accumulation tank. While pressure is build in one vessel, the second remains without pressure. A part of the produced gas is used for ... |

Oxymat - Oxygen High Pressure CompressorsOxymat oxygen compressors are a result of many years of research and development to meet the exacting requirement of safe and reliable oxygen compression. These compressors feature oil-free design, low speeds for long service life, and incorporate design features that make them extremely reliable for continuous duty operation. Oxymat also has larger to 500hp compressors for oxygen service. |
