Our 10,000 sq ft factory, complete with storage and testing areas, is based in Warwick, England. Our services range from technical advice to design and prototyping, manufacture, installation, inspection and maintenance. We are happy to work on any aspect of a project or provide a complete turnkey service. Both our shop-based and on-site teams have a thorough understanding of all forms of thermoplastic and GRP construction.

VOC and odour control
Protecting the environment has become perhaps the single most important issue facing us today. Environmental pollution and degradation take place in all sorts of ways, with industrial processes contributing a significant amount of damage. Simdean pollution control systems have been proven in hundreds of applications to make a real difference to air quality by removing harmful or unpleasant elements, odours and gases at critical production stages. Our teams have engineered and installed a huge range of systems for an equally diverse spread of applications – everything from composting to waste transfer, specialty chemicals to chlorine storage. Systems include annular carbon adsorbers, biotrickling filters, biofiltration and standard chemical scrubbers. All systems are designed to meet a client’s particular requirements using the latest
CAD programmes.

Operational
We have experience of incorporating a wide range of PLC systems and inverter drives including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Toshiba. In addition, SCADA systems such as Wonderware and InTouch can be integrated to allow networked programmes to operate a plant either on-site or remote.

Composition, finish and appearance
Scrubbers, degassers, adsorbers and biotrickling filters are manufactured from PVC, HDPE or PVDF in any BS or RAL colour to match existing equipment.
