Renewables & Cleantech
Our consultants are particularly focused in solar (PV and thermal) and wind (onshore and offshore). Aside from this we also cover selected mandates in biomass, biogas and hydropower.
Within these renewable energy markets, we frequently place high volume sales and business development candidates, who usually join as experienced hires having already proven themselves in their respective markets. We listen very carefully to the type of commercial experience needed within each mandate in order to be as selective as possible when it comes to our extensive screening process. Our candidates tend to be leaders in their field, often with 15+ years’ experience.
We specialise in renewable energy recruitment which is an area with unprecedented growth and high demand in both technical and commercial roles. In the complex and often revolutionary field of renewable energy manufacturing and R&D, as well as the semiconductor field, we execute candidate searches with a high level of accuracy, diplomacy and knowledge. In particular, we have an unmatched level of search expertise in solar photovoltaics (crystalline silicon and thin film) dealing with specialists on cells, modules, wafers, ingots and other components, and wind turbines and components.
