WIL implements complete plants for molded goods production lines, such as safety mats, traffic safety products, rail track lining, etc. The equipment will allow the operator to fabricate a wide range of products in simultaneous production cycles. Special care has been given to allow easy reconfiguration of the equipment to adapt to changing product needs.

WIL - TRP-30 - FOR SALE - USED TIRE RETREADING PLANT

The mechanism of the WIL TRP-30 is designed to work semi-automatic. The system has a capacity of 30,000 tyres per shift on a yearly basis. The line can be operated by four workmen per shift. The two most important machines, the retreading machine and the AZ extruder have double the capacity. The total line is in good conditions and well maintained

TWBP-2 Tyre Wire Briquetting Press

The press is suitable for pressing and/or briquetting of flowable/trickle, short or cut up trick-, mill-, boring and sawchips from steel, casting, brass, aluminium as well as in the special one for mixed turnings- and grinding chips.
