World Water Works is dedicated to manufacturing the most cost effective system solutions for liquid/solids separation and dissolved organic reduction. Applications in influent water clarification and discharge compliance can be solved through our total systems approach. World Water Works combines innovative engineering design with proven applications expertise to develop a thorough and efficient process solution.
Our process analysis begins with an evaluation of the current process and customer's desired objective. All operating variables are considered while exploring potential technical design solutions. Identification of feed slurry concentrations establishes the first unit operation classification: Particle Separation or Filtration. Identification of the desired quality effluent established the last unit operation classification. Space requirements, budgetary restrictions, slurry consistencies, and flow rates are all carefully considered in selecting the unit operations within a category.
Solids recovery, heat recovery, water reuse and chemical recovery are some of the items closely analyzed to determine value for enhanced customer payback. Bench-scale testing and where needed pilot testing, is performed to verify design effectiveness.
WWW Works For You... let us serve as an adjunct to your process engineering team.

Ceramic MembranesOver the past several years Membrane Filtration has become a highly effective means of treating and filtering water. However, this technology has not been cost-effective in the wastewater industry until now. Ceramic membranes offer the benefits of tolerance of chemicals and temperatures. This offers the ability to aggressively clean the membranes extending the lifetime of the membranes. The end result is a consistent, easy to operate affordable ... |

Sidehill Screen (SHS)The SideHill Screen (SHS) is a low-cost, low-maintenance screening technology. The system operates by feeding the influent into a headbox where hydraulic turbulence keeps solids in suspension. The wastewater then overflows a distribution weir that orients the flow tangentially onto a steeply sloped screen surface. The liquid passes through the openings in the wedgewire to a drainage pan, located on the backside of the screen, and the solids slide down ... |
