• A Call for Papers is sent out (Abstract Submissions). The (PC) rates the papers. Rating Criteria (PDF)
• AWWA staff works with the planning committee to organize and finalize the details of the conference.
• Manuscripts and Presentations are gathered to be included into the Conference Proceedings
• The Conference takes place
• The Conference Proceedings are completed and available for purchase. (Qualifying individuals get the Conference Proceedings complimentary)
