Resistivity Imaging Short Course, March 23-24 This short course is designed for those professionals currently involved in conducting imaging surveys, those wishing to acquire this expertise, and those involved in the management, oversight or review of imaging surveys. This will be a hands on course covering resistivity and IP imaging including: theory, data acquisition, field procedures, data processing, data presentation and interpretation.
Advanced Resistivity Imaging Short Course, March 25-26 This short course is intended for those professionals currently involved in electrical resistivity imaging surveys and those seeking in-depth understanding of 1D, 2D, 3D and 4D resistivity imaging methods. This course will cover theoretical aspects of forward modelling, inversion, and numerical methods, 2D and 3D survey design issues, and hands-on practice on how to process surface data, borehole data, underwater data, and continuous resistivity profiling data, 3D data, time-lapse monitoring data, large data sets and noisy data.
Do I have to own my own software to attend? No, we will provide you with a temporary software.
How long is it? Each seminar is two days.
Costs? Basic course is 600 Euros, Advanced course is 900 Euros. Combined 4 days seminar has a special price of 1,350.00Euros. There are special prices for students with proof of current student ID.
