October Project Management Workshop and Networking Luncheon

Morning Workshop: Facilitated by Gareth Owen of GOwen Environmental Ltd. Investigate project management topics from an environmental perspective. Participants will explore the fundamentals of project management and learn strategies to apply to contaminated site work and other environmental projects. Networking Luncheon: Learn from a panel of experienced environmental professionals as they discuss topics related to Contaminated Sites: Managing Project Risks. Panellists will explore: regulatory changes and policies affecting federal and non-federal contaminated sites; ways to assess project risks and apply risk management strategies; liability management; and industry best practices and trends.
