1. Maintain complicated schedules, develop project timelines, and manage people and materials to complete jobs on schedule

Participate in pre-bid reviews and sales to operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.

Analyze plans, construction contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements.

Follow up with appropriate management to assure understanding and satisfaction of job scope.

2. Set and obtain installation goals

Manage the development of project plans in advance of project activity assuring effective execution by the Project Team. Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.

Prepares or oversees preparation of engineering re-estimate reports. Utilizes financial and monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs. Utilizes financial and monthly forecasting tools and works with other team members to monitor, manage and control costs.

Support other internal team members with technical input as required, e.g. case studies for marketing; technical information for bids and tenders etc.

Perform joint bid with the BD manager to obtain bids and select reliable subcontractors to provide wiring, device installation, special construction or other services.

Independently manage performance of and Interface with local EPC company ensuring projects are completed on time

Participates in job site final walk-thru and manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as 'As-Built' drawings and system operating instructions; transfers or excess materials; billings, collections and payments; and all project records.

Forecasting and tracking revenue delivery to meet targets;Responsible for keeping project administration up to date

1. Diplom in engineering or related.
2. Minimum 3/5 Years of experience in System or Electrical Engineer (PENG) position Strong personal computer skills and strong organizational skills are required.
3. Experience installing or project managing solar PV construction projects.
4. Previous project management or foreman experience.
5. Strong understanding of grid-tied PV system design, familiar with project at least one project design software, such as PV GIS, PVsyst, PVSOL, CAD etc..
6. Ability to read, understand, and edit electrical and structural plans
7. Good at problem solving and implementing site-specific design modifications
8. Languages: Fluency in German and English, or German and Chinese.
9. Availability to travel through Germany, or the rest of EU.
