In most cases you will only need to have one staff account, although in the following cases you may need to have more than one:

• You need to be able to modify the profiles of more than one company. To do this, multiple staff accounts are needed - one for each company.
• Multiple staff accounts may have been created in error and clustered together.
• Subscriptions are applied to staff accounts rather than professional profiles, so if you want to receive Environmental Expert's e-bulletins to multiple email addresses you should create multiple staff accounts - one for each email.

Clustering your staff accounts together under one professional profile allows you to have one coherent professional profile on the web, while giving you the flexibility to modify multiple companies, change your subscription settings, etc.

Staff accounts do not appear on your professional profile and are private accounts used solely for managing company profiles and subscription settings.
