Enviro Technology, the UK’s leading supplier and exporter of air quality monitoring systems for ambient air quality and industrial emissions applications is hosting a free seminar on 28th March 2012 at Hampden Park, Glasgow to highlight best practice for industrial air emission and odour monitoring techniques.
The free-of-charge seminar in conjunction with Catalyst Environmental and Envirosoft will provide delegates with practical learning sessions and present topical industry case studies on the best techniques and processes available today for monitoring stack emissions as well as measuring and managing unwanted odours.
Packed with practical ideas, the best practice seminar is ideal for Process Operators with responsibility for specifying and maintaining equipment to control industrial air emissions and meeting site environmental obligations.
Attendees will learn from a number of topics including:
Duncan Mounsor, Sales and Marketing Director of Enviro Technology, said: “It can be difficult for busy Process Operators to keep up to speed with the very latest industry developments in advanced Industrial Air Emission Monitoring techniques and benchmark themselves against current best practice guidelines.
“By attending this seminar, delegates can benefit not only from Enviro Technology’s three decades at the forefront of air pollution monitoring systems but Catalyst Environmental’s unrivalled expertise in Environment Permits and compliance testing requirements and Envirosoft’s know-how on PC-based data-logging systems for CEMS. The seminar represents a ‘one stop shop’ for Process Operators looking to improve their knowledge and learn from the UK’s leading experts in the field of environmental monitoring.
“We are also particularly excited to be showcasing in Scotland our very latest technology to help improve the control of odours. Developed by French firm Alpha MOS, the RQ Box electronic nose mimics human olfaction to detect levels of odour and pollutant gases in the air and is an exciting new area for Enviro Technology.”
Commencing at 9.00 am and concluding at 2.00 pm, a buffet lunch is included at the seminar. Also included is a comprehensive seminar manual and USB flash drive containing all the presentations and useful documentation.
Duncan Mounsor concluded: “This seminar marks our commitment to serving the Scottish environmental monitoring market and driving our business further in Scotland.
“The seminar promises to be informative, thought-provoking, insightful as well as enjoyable and we look forward to welcoming as many attendees as possible.”
