WASHINGTON, Aug. 10, 2012 /PR Newswire/ -- Organizers of the 2012 IEEE Smart Grid for Practitioners Conference (SG4P) are seeking papers, presentations, panel sessions and keynotes focusing on Smart Grid systems, applications and technology. Areas of interest include but are not limited to:
The conference is geared toward those in major metropolitan areas seeking a more complete understanding of Smart Grid technologies who may not be power and energy engineers or technologists.
Accepted papers will be presented at SG4P at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in Brooklyn on Friday and Saturday, 16-17 November 2012 and subsequently published in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register and pay the conference fee. The opportunity for students to present select papers and posters is also available.
Proposals must be submitted electronically at http://edas.info/ and must describe original work not previously published or currently under review for publication in another conference or journal.
