To further streamline client communications throughout Europe, SSI Shredding Systems has opened a new branch office in Switzerland

Wilsonville, Oregon - January 10, 2012 -- SSI Shredding Systems announced today the opening of their new European sales support office located in Lutry, Switzerland to be lead by Dr. Pascal Gübeli, newly appointed European Managing Director. One of the main goals of the new Swiss office is for SSI to be able to provide more efficient sales and communication support to clients throughout Europe and western Russia.

 With installations in 46 countries, SSI Shredding Systems is recognized as a global leader in the custom design and manufacturing of industrial shredders and compaction systems. By adding a remote office in Switzerland, SSI will be able to take advantage of their new proximity to Europe and Russia to increase efficiencies in communication response times and methods.

Finding the right candidate to successfully represent SSI internationally and successfully manage industrial shredder sales throughout Europe was of utmost importance to the company. SSI Shredding Systems chose Dr. Pascal Gübeli to lead operations of their Switzerland office because of his extensive senior-level expertise in industrial and environmental technologies as well as educational background and multi-lingual capabilities.
