How far away is the creation of the zero-carbon home? The Government is aiming that all new-build homes will be zero-carbon by 2016. This event will examine the engineering and design challenges involved in bringing this to market and will review the latest technologies available to engineers, architects and the construction industry to enable them to create the carbon-neutral building. It will include a look at how zero carbon homes can be achieved by 2016, and debate the policies that will begin to deliver a zero carbon housing stock.
