G-CEM 4000 - Multi-channel In-situ Flue Gas Analyser

The G-CEM4000 is a flue gas analyser, based upon infra-red absorption technology, utilising an in-situ probe arrangement that allows analyser calibration to be verified quickly and easily by the injection of zero and span gases. It can measure up to 7 gas species continuously. Connection to SmartCEM Control Unit provides access to a range of output options, including fully isolated 4-20mA analogue, alarm and data valid relays, special digital communication over 10Km.

VOC Bioscrubbers

In AirScience`s Bioscrubbers, the polluting compounds are first absorbed or dissolved in a water scrubber. The resulting liquid solution is then transferred to a bioreactor where microorganisms degrade the dissolved organic compounds in an anaerobic condition. The resulting bio-gas consists primarily of methane, which can be used as process fuel. Capture efficiencies are in excess of 95%.
