CO2 To Biodiesel Production

AirScience strategy is to use oil produced from non edible organic feedstock for the production of biodiesel. We have selected micro-algae as the potential source of lipids as certain strains contain from 20% to 80% of oil and can be an excellent feed stock for biodiesel production. CO2 from industrial process emissions will provide the carbon source for micro-algae growth and sun light will provide the required energy for photosynthesis.

Hygienisation unit Bio®Chop

We have developed and patented a new hygienisation unit for treatment of category 3 by-products and waste. The process is based on applicable EU regulation. The unique design of the hygienisation unit makes it possible to chop solid parts reducing their size, to mix, to heat-treat and to empty the tank by using the same Landia chopper pump. The Landia Bio®Chop hygienisation unit includes process control, monitoring and data recording of the hygienisation process.
