Global warming greatest in past decade, say researchers

There must be days when US  Environmental Protection Agency head, Stephen L. Johnson wished he could just stay home. New York and 11 other states are suing the Environmental Protection Agency for violating the federal Clean Air Act by refusing to issue standards for controlling global warming pollution emissions from oil refineries, according to a Reuter’s news report.
