India and China ink climate pact, as Copenhagen speculation rumbles on
India and China have signed a wide-ranging bilateral climate change agreement that commits them to greater co-operation on the development of low carbon technologies and aims to ensure they present a united front at the forthcoming climate change summit in Copenhagen.
