UN officials push for creation of monitoring system for marine environment
Significant gaps exist in the understanding and management of the complex processes and trends at work in the world’s oceans and seas, which cover 70 per cent of the Earth’s surface, warned senior United Nations officials as they urged governments to approve expert recommendations establishing a system that plugs the holes. Floods bring more than just mold concerns, beware of bacteria
As parts of the Midwest and East Coast were recently hit with floods, concerns over mold growth and contamination have been on the minds of many flood victims. However, a recent case in Cumberland County, New Jersey recently brought to light that mold is not the only concern after a flood.
