The 1-channel system is mounted on a folding A-frame. A flow meter, pressure gauge, throttling valve, and sight gauge at the wellhead unit provides precise control of injection volumes and rates. Fifty feet of hose is provided with the standard rental package. The entire system is shipped in a 12 cu. ft. (3' x 2' x 2') wheeled tool box and weighs about 110 pounds.
4 Channel Kit
All 1-channel systems can be expanded to four injection points with a four-channel kit. Included in the kit are a four-port manifold, and mechanical flow meters, wellhead fittings, and digital flow meters for three wellheads. One hundred fifty feet of hose is provided with the kit. The 4-channel kit ships in a large (3' x 2' x 2') wheeled plastic tool box and weighs approximately 100 pounds
