Primozone also offer containerized systems, which make it possible to have a permanent or movable solution. This is a great alternative if you have a temporary problem or want to make a study on the ozone potential before installation of a permanent system.


The container contains a complete ozone system, customized according to the ozone capacity needed. This turnkey solution can be complemented with a reactor tank and a dissolution/reaction solution. The small size of the container makes it easy to install at remote and demanding locations or where no space is available in existing buildings.

The system is delivered in a 10ft container (Lenght: 2991mm, Width: 2438mm Height: 2591mm)

Ozone Water Treatment for Activated Sludge Process Plants - Water & Wastewater - Sludge Management


Ozone breaks up filaments and improves settling characteristics of the sludge... Filamentous sludge is a common problem at activated sludge plants. With ozonation of the return sludge flow it is possible to reduced the amount of filamentous bacteria in the sludge and significantly increased the settling properties of the sludge.This in turn means better performance of the activated sludge process. When a bioreactor is connected to the sludge line the removal of the damaging filamentous bacteria means higher quality sludge in the bioreactor, which leads to higher biogas production.
