A complete Wastewater Treatment Installation using “DEVISE Packaged Solutions” comprises of a compact Pre-Treatment Unit, a Package Biological Treatment Plant and a Containerised Sludge Dewatering System with an optional Tertiary Treatment Stage.

The Pre-Treatment Packaged Plant is suitable for municipal wastewater and incorporates in a single “compact” system all major primary treatment steps, such as:

1. Fine screening and compacting of the solids.
2. Grit and sand sedimentation inclusive the removal, dewatering and discharge into a commercial waste bin.
3. Grease, Oil-fat collection - flotation, skimming and removal to a suitable discharge point.

The pre-treatment plant requires NO tanks and NO extensive civil construction while it occupies significantly less space than conventional methods. It is also fully enclosed eliminating odours and sprays and fully automatic for unattended operation. For Industrial Wastewater other systems such as chemical-physical separation maybe used (Gravity & DAF Separators).

The Packaged “Bio-Plant” offers extensive biological treatment with the following advantages and savings:

1. Prefabricated system, fully tested ready to “plug and play”
2. Less plan area (up to 5 times less area).

10. Treated effluent quality achieves EU 91/271. Tertiary (polishing) treatment can be easily added using gravity or pressure filters.
11. The “UltraClear” series Bio-Plant offers extremely clean effluent suitable for re-use.
12. All equipment is placed inside an enclosed and manageable machine room incorporated in each package, and offering „state of the art' PLC control with touch screen panel and mimic diagram.
