AF-Table gravity table separates easily removable free water from the inlet sludge flow. AF-Table provides high outlet consistency and high capture rate. It improves the pressability of the sludge, the final dryness of the sludge as well as the filtrate. In addition, AF-Table decreases the size of the press itself.

AF-Table utilizes a simple gravity action to drain away water or other liquid from the sludge mixture.

The pressure rolls at the discharge end press the final loose water from the sludge mixture and this assures 2 - 4 percentage units higher sludge cake consistency than with conventional pre-dewatering equipment.

Transverse supports under the filter cloth provide a slight downward pressure for improved water removal. The improved pre-dewatering capability allows higher capacities for the existing sludge press equipment or the use of smaller press equipment for new installations.

The innovative construction of AF-Table protects even the most fragile sludge flocs and produces high quality filtrate with minimum polymer consumption. Inclined feed end and ploughs on the middle part of the table open and turn the sludge mat assuring efficient performance.
