Stevens Hydrolab - Series DS5 - Water Quality Sonde

For maximum capability and flexibility, the Hydrolab DataSonde 5 offers the choice of any of Hydrolab’s 17 superior sensors on a multiprobe designed for either profiling or unattended monitoring (without the automated cleaning brush offered by the DS5X).

Long-term unattended operation can be achieved by paring the DS5 with the internal battery pack option. The sensor can record up to 120,000 individual readings in internal memory. The DS5 has seven ports for your choice of water quality sensors (see list below).

Communication options for the DS5 include SDI-12, RS-232, and RS-485, allowing connection to most data loggers including the Stevens DataLogic 3000. Additionally, the DS5 can be paired with the Hydrolab Surveyor handheld computer, allowing complete set-up, current measurement readings, and data download options without the use of a laptop computer.
