The InspireX R20 Bulk and R40 Bulk x-ray inspection systems deliver detection and elimination of foreign bodies in bulk products regardless of its shape or location within the product. Any contaminants are quickly eliminated through a single, multi-flap or multi-airblast rejection system (maximum 64 reject channels possible), minimising waste and improving productivity.
Inspection widths available
The InspireX R20 Bulk x-ray system is available in 300mm width only and the InspireX R40 Bulk x-ray system is available in 400 / 500 / 600 and 800mm width.
Increased productivity
Inspection capacity can be optimised by adjusting the product height and coupled with a choice of reject and in-fed mechanisms; a customised solution tailored to suit any application is readily available.
