The IPA Industrial Process Analyzer was launched as a stripped version of the reference UPA Universal Process Analyzerfor all your industrial process liquid applications, but with limited function and more cost-effective. It is a single parameter analyzer platform with a similar hardware and software architecture, providing top quality with an affordable price tag. The system features all relevant automatic functions such as cleaning, validation and calibration (where applicable). Careful design of the measuring vessels and precision injection results into low reagent consumption and relatively long autonomy. The IPA has a flexible software architecture for a variety of communication options and addressing application specific needs. The IPA Industrial Process Analyzer can sample and analyze up to 3 individual streams sequentially, reducing the cost per sampling point.
Parameters
The IPA Industrial Process Analyzer is able to monitor any possible chemical parameter in a water matrix, covering an impressive list of no less than 140 chemical parameters, from 4-tertiary-butylcatechol...up to Zinc sulphate.

Ergonomic, corrosion resistant analyzer housing (IP55) with complete separation between wet and electronic part. Purging with instrument air possible.
Human interface: 5.7' color touch screen with function buttons. Can remotely be taken over by LAN ethernet software (VNC).
Standard auto-cleaning, auto-calibration and auto-validation
First class and robust wet-part components such as precision micro- and low-speed peristaltic pumps, stepper motor driven dispensers and in-house designed measuring vessels
Incorporated industrial PC with result & alarm data export (1000 results including sample stream, date, time)
