VERTEK's Mini-Cone Digital System with optional Soil Moisture, Resistivity, and Temperature Probe (SMRT) is designed for the variable conditions encountered in agricultural, and geotechnical applications. The Mini-Cone Digital System provides fast, accurate, and easy-to-use real time data acquisition and interfaces easily with many direct push systems and drill rigs. Mini-Cones provide the high resolution tip and sleeve load data of a full-size CPT system, in a light-weight, cost-effective package.

The interface module is housed in a rugged, compact box providing analog-to-digital conversion of depth data, conversion from RS485 to RS232 for data input to computer, and power to the downhole instruments. Rod adapters provide compatibility to virtually any push rod system. Windows based operating software allows for easy to control tests and rapid data processing.

EASY TO USE:

VERTEK Mini-Cones greatly simplify field test operations. Friction sleeves, tips, and pore pressure elements are easily replaced during field operations, avoiding unnecessary down time.
