The calibration system serves the mandatory zero and end point verification of gas analyzers, especially those in automated measuring networks. The use of permeation tubes instead of bottled span gases yields a reasonably priced solution for the span gads generation of, for example, SO2 or hydrocarbon components.
Fixed value for flow settings via orifices; the concentration can be set with the permeation temperature.
Span gas generation method: Permeation
Concentration adjustment: With temperature settings of permeation oven setting ranges:
Permeation oven type P: 20°C to 70°C. Permeation oven type H: 5°C above ambient temperature up to 110°C.
The temperature control display can be toggled between displaying the actual and nominal values of the permeation oven.
Case dimensions: 19 inch 3RU
Optional modules: Selector valves for connecting analyzer on measuring gas/zero gas /span gas with manual and remote-controlled operation (open collector, contacts).
