The redesigned Moyno Series 3 C3A channel grinder builds on the original design and now produces on average 30% more flow when compared to the original Annihilator Series C3. Optimized high flow side rails are one of the main contributing factors for the increase in flow along with a lower profile bottom housing.
The Series 3 C3A grinder allows for greater flexibility and management of channel and flow conditions for a variety of user requirements. For users where flow capabilities are a requirement, the C3A allows the user to achieve the same or better flow with a reduction in grinder size. Users that require a specific stack height or are looking to retrofit an existing grinder will find the C3A delivers a greater assurance of flow through the process compared to the original C3 design. The C3A can also be used for users looking to reduce flow bottlenecks in their process without having to expand their channel or plant to achieve increased flow and productivity.
The redesigned Moyno Annihilator Series C3A channel grinder produces on average 30% more flow when compared to the original Annihilator Series C3 channel grinder. The optimized side rails provide an increase in area where water can easily pass through the unit without allowing solids to pass. The optimized side rails also provide better guidance and delivery of solids through the patented cutters. The Annihilator C3A also boasts more flow capability than comparable JWC Muffin Monster 30000 models.
The introduction of the optimized high flow side rails now allows for greater flexibility and management of your channel and flow requirements. For users where flow capabilities are a requirement, the C3A allows the user to achieve the same or better flow with a reduction in grinder size. For users that require a specific stack height or are looking to retrofit an existing grinder, the C3A delivers a greater assurance of flow through the process compared to the original C3 design. Finally, users looking to reduce flow bottlenecks in their process without having to expand their channel or plant can use the redesigned C3A to achieve increased flow and productivity.
The C3A grinder now features a lower profile bearing housing design to improve flow through and processing efficiencies. Upstream head is reduced and water back-up is minimized resulting in a decrease in head height. As an example, users of the existing M24C3 grinder would experience 24.5 inches of upstream head and 5 inches of downstream head. With the introduction of the C3A design, users of the M24 grinder would now experience 17 inches of upstream head while maintaining 5 inches downstream in equivalent environments, resulting in a 7.5 inch reduction in head drop. This head reduction improves the efficiency and flow through potential of the C3A grinders.
The redesigned C3A Annihilator grinder is designed to retrofit not only current Annihilator C3 in channel grinders, but also JWC Muffin Monster 30000 units. Current JWC Muffin Monster 30000 users can continue to use their existing motor and drive adapters on the redesigned Annihilator C3A grinder.
The Max-Flow headworks debris handling system offers a superior solution to traditional bar rakes and drum screens by offering lower initial and lifetime costs, lower energy requirements, and improved system performance and reliability. The Max- Flow system contains two or more Annihilator grinders mounted sideby- side in a stainless steel retrieval frame in the headworks of a waste treatment system. The redesigned C3A, with its optimized high flow side rails, builds and expands on the competitive reach of the Max-Flow system. The increase in flow capabilities allows the system to satisfy higher flow requirements when stack height is a requirement.
