LGR's new NO2 (nitrogen dioxide) Analyzer measures nitrogen dioxide directly in ambient air continuously and in real time. This new Nitrogen Dioxide Analyzer is ideal for air quality monitoring and a wide variety of other applications where extreme precision and fast response of NO2 measurements are required. The NO2 Analyzer’s ease-of-use and durability make it an ideal choice for field, flight and mobile laboratory applications. LGR’s laser-based analyzers are used by researchers, scientists, governmental agencies and intergovernmental organizations on all 7 continents.
The NO2 Analyzer has an internal computer that can store data practically indefinitely on an internal hard disk drive and send real time data to a data logger via the analog, digital (RS232) and Ethernet outputs. In addition, the Nitrogen Dioxide Analyzer includes an in-line internal air dryer to automatically remove and eliminate effects due to changing moisture in the sample gas flow and a metal oxide scrubber to automatically provide a chemical zero periodically to eliminate the need for “zero gas”.
As with all LGR analyzers, the Nitrogen Dioxide Analyzer may be controlled remotely via the Internet using suitable “KVM over IP” devices. This capability allows the user to operate the Analyzer using a web browser practically anywhere Internet access is available. Furthermore, remote access allows bios-level control of the instrument and provides the opportunity to obtain and share data and to diagnose the instrument operation without being on site.
