OSSIM-30-OR - Single Phase Simplex

Pumps Water and Oil. Automatic removal of water and oil; designed for applications where immediate responsible removal of oil is required.

OSSIM-30-OR, Single Phase, 120/208/240VAC

Operation: Will pump water to the normal discharge area and pump oil to a separate holding area; System is setup to work in conjunction with one pump, one normally open solenoid valve, and one normally closed solenoid valve (Solenoid Valve purchased separately).

OSSIM-30-OR-1, Single Phase 120/208/240VAC

Operation: Will pump water and oil to the normal discharge area. Equipped with an adjustable alarm timer to alarm when oil is present; timer is set to alarm for 30 seconds when oil is being pumped from containment areas.

OSSIM-30-OR-2, Single Phase 120/208/240VAC

Operation: Will pump water to the normal discharge area and pump oil to a separate containment area; System is setup to work in conjunction with two separate pumps.

Single Phase Oil Smart Removal Simplex Panels

OFFOperation: The OSSIM-30-OR system will pump water to the normal discharge area and pump oil to a separate containment area; the system is setup to work in conjunction with one pump, one normally open solenoid valve, and one normally closed solenoid valve. When water comes in contact with the on sensor of the oil smart pump control, the pump will turn on and discharge water to the normal discharge area. The pump will remain on until water clears the off sensor. If oil enters the sump and rises to the level of the turn on float, the oil alarm will sound, the solenoids will be notified to open and close, and the oil will be discharged to the oil holding tank. The pump will remain on until the liquid drops below the off float.

The system is equipped with an adjustable alarm timer to alarm when oil is present; the timer is set to alarm for 30 seconds when oil is being pumped from the sump . When water comes in contact with the on sensor of the oil smart pump control, the pump will turn on and discharge the water. The pump will remain on until water clears the off sensor. If oil enters the sump and rises to the level of the wide angle float, the oil alarm will sound for 30 seconds and the oil will be pumped to the normal discharge area.

Operation: The OSSIM-30-OR-2 system will pump water to the normal discharge area and pump oil to a separate containment area; The system is setup to work in conjunction with two separate pumps. When water comes in contact with the on sensor of the oil smart pump control, the water pump will turn on and discharge water to the normal discharge area. The water pump will remain on until water clears the off sensor. If oil enters the sump and rises to the level of the turn on float, the oil alarm will sound and the oil will be discharged to the oil holding tank via the oil pump. The pump will remain on until the liquid drops below the off float.
