Dissolution/reaction tanks – We make it happend

The challenge for buyers of ozone generators is to make the dissolution work effectively. Primozone offers unique competence within the area and can customize dissolution systems for different applications or processes. We design dissolution and reaction tanks that are suited for the high ozone concentration provided by the Primozone ozone generator.

The Primozone ozone generators are oxygen fed and our systems work with either an oxygen generator or liquid oxygen, whichever suits the specific plant best. Thanks to automatic control over the levels needed to keep the desired redox value or ozone dosage, the oxygen consumption is low. This, together with the high ozone concentration results in an overall energy saving effect of up to 70%.

Primozone offers a unique system controller for safety, monitoring and control of all parts of the system. With the system controller it is very easy to operate and control the complete ozone water treatment system as well as monitoring system performance.

The system controller has a built in alarm function that will log and handle different production disturbances. The alarm function allows for alarm alerts via SMS-messages or to a higher control system. The system also allows for remote operation and remote support from Primozone’s service and support organization if needed.

It is the system controller that regulates the ozone production and connected to other control systems it is a powerful tool to control the redox level and ozone dosages.

The Primozone system controller registers data about ozone levels, gas pressure, gas flow and a number of other data that can be valuable to analyze the performance of the ozone generator system.

Recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) operate by recusing the fish tank water and it is essential to control the water quality.
